Refund policy

Clothing - We offer clients the necessary information to take care of their pieces. Our clothing has no money back. If the clothing broken or damaged, the customer can return it for exchange or store credit. The customer has 7 days from the day it was delivered, to contact us. Custom uniforms sales are final and have no exchange.

Orders placed during the month of December will not be exchanged for size or any other reason.

* Items on sale or purchased with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned (will not be exchanged for size or any other reason).

 

Return instructions:
- Send an email to fusionfitunirms@gmail.com

We will send the return address and corresponding details. The customer must pay the shipping of the return package.

- Send the piece in the original packaging in which it was received.

Cancelations:

The customer has 2 hours to cancel the order. After that time no cancellations will be accepted. 

NOTE: Make sure you enter your address correctly, we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
